Résumé
Salomé, 10 ans, a une verrue sur le nez. Elle est terrorisée par son propre reflet.
La nuit, Salomé espionne ses parents par le trou de la serrure.
Il se passe des choses étranges, dont on ne parle jamais...
Salomé has a wart on her nose. She is terrorized by her own reflection.
At night, she spies on her parents through the keyhole. Strange things are happening,
which no one speaks of. A spell will be cast.

Pourquoi, dans les films, les parents font-ils toujours l’amour avec une porte mal fermée, entrouverte par un bâillement impudique, ou avec une clé loin du trou de la serrure, permettant à tout enfant mal endormi d’y glisser un œil badaud ? Sarah Lasry part de ce cliché de cinéma pour en étirer les possibilités dramaturgiques, grâce à sa Salomé qui fait de l’irruption d’une verrue un déclencheur potentiel d’apocalypse, dans un effort de confusion entre horreur charnelle, dislocation de la cellule familiale et essai sur la sorcellerie contemporaine.
